Introduction

Greetings! My name is Paul Gustaf Aslanian, and I am from Belchertown, Massachusetts. To clarify, I prefer to be called Gus when addressed, since from a young age I was called thus by my parents, and since then have been referred to as such from others.  Anyway, here at MCLA I am majoring in English Literature, and am enjoying the experience so far.

In regards to this class, I greatly look forward to being in it. The course itself seems very interesting, and philosophy itself has always intrigued me. Philosophy surrounding the arts, to boot, only adds to my interest, so I am excited to see where it all goes from here.
